Will H Ogilvie Memorial Trust on ITV Border Life

The trust was featured on a recent episode of ITV’s Border Life giving a short insight into the life and works of Ogilvie – “At the age of 20, Kelso-born William Ogilvie went to work as ‘an Australian cowboy’. His poetry is considered a national treasure in Australia but how many people back in Scotland know his name? Find out about “the men with sun-tanned faces… the men of the open spaces, and the land where mirage lies.”
